Howard Bryant Bridge

 Walla Walla, Washington
PROJECT PROFILE
Our wetland scientists and engineers collectively designed the project with minimal work in the stream and buffer areas.
Michael Melder, PE, Sr. Project Engineer

PBS provided engineering, surveying, fish passage, and natural resource services to replace an 80-year-old bridge that ran diagonally through the intersection.

Federal permitting was required due to the presence of Endangered Species Act-listed fish in Garrison Creek, and because the Army Corps of Engineers controls the flows in the stream.
