DIVERSITY, EQUITY & INCLUSION

belonging and equity, diverse group meeting

Belonging and equity are the core of PBS.

Unified through our differences, we believe diversity, equity, and inclusion broaden professional growth; cultivate conscientious leaders; amplify essential, underrepresented voices; and foster an open, accepting environment for our people, partners, clients, and communities.

“We want every person we add to PBS to be free to exhibit their unique talents. Even if it’s wildly different than something we’ve ever done, we want to create a culture where different is good.”

– Brian Stanford, President, CEO

Doing the Work.
