Clark County is leading the design development effort for this 1.1-mile corridor improvement project along NE 99th Street. As part of the project, PBS was hired by Clark County to act as an extension of their design team.
PBS provided design, detailing, WSDOT-format specifications development, cost estimating services for the retaining walls and noise barriers throughout the project corridor, and development of an alternatives analysis for the largest and most complex retaining walls on the project.
