The Hardcastle Avenue/Front Street Railroad Crossing required working closely with the City, UPRR, and ODOT Rail to develop a concept plan that widened the crossing, corrected the alignment, and added safety features for all modes of traffic.
The PBS team successfully navigated coordination with the key stakeholders to address their concerns and complete permits. PBS designed and prepared PS&E. As a cost control measure, our construction support team worked closely as an extension to City staff to provide as needed construction management and observation.
