PBS was selected to analyze the existing Lake Road and Everett Street intersection to find ways to improve circulation and reduce congestion while providing a safe, well-designed, and effective entrance into the community.

In addition to providing design, construction management, and inspection services, the PBS team performed extensive public outreach to help inform priorities for the intersection alternatives analysis and prepared a thorough review and analysis of various design options to improve the intersection.
