PBS decommissioned three 10,000-gallon USTs, oversaw cleanup of leaked fuel from a dispenser sump, and obtained a No Further Action (NFA) determination from the Oregon Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).

PBS provided topographic survey, environmental, civil, geotechnical, and structural engineering design for a new fleet vehicle fueling station (two 12,000-gallon ASTs, equipment, controls, drainage, foundation, and retaining wall) while renovating and reusing the existing fuel station service building and canopy. PBS developed a SPCC Plan for the fueling station, backup power generator fuel storage, and fleet service vehicle maintenance shop.
