The development of Wildflower Apartments included six buildings and approximately 80 dwelling units, some of which are designated Fair Housing Units that will provide affordable housing for the City of Pendleton.
Significant amounts of undocumented fill on the site had to be removed and recompacted and the unique topography resulted in tall walls at the north and south ends of the development.
