PBS has supported more than 400 projects for the State of Washington Department of Enterprise Services (DES) since the mid-1990s and provided geotechnical engineering services since 2015. Facilities have included higher education, administrative, correctional, and various department offices.
PBS has provided environmental site assessments, hazardous materials surveys, ecological evaluations, remedial investigations, mitigation design, groundwater monitoring, site explorations, landslide investigations, subgrade design, stabilization design, construction oversight, and more.
