PBS landscape architecture staff provided services for all public improvements as well as design at UNFI, FlowServe, and Union Ridge Mini Storage.
Land use planning staff provided services for the Union Ridge master plan and design standards.
Additional services were provided in land use entitlements for individual site developments. PBS planning staff also served as the Union Ridge Architectural Review Committee. For the expansion of the UNFI distribution warehouses, PBS provided civil engineering, geo-environmental, and land survey services.
