PBS is providing structural and civil engineering services as part of the consultant team led by Environmental Science Associates (ESA) to replace three existing culverts that are barriers to fish passage as part of the Salmon SuperHwy Project.
With the help of Tillamook County Public Works, once constructed, the crossings at Green, Illingsworth and Samson Creeks will provide connectivity to the upstream reaches of each creek, stabilized hydraulic conditions, and improved safety for the traveling public.
