Constructed in the late 1970s, the deteriorating seawall at the South Beach Marina consists of steel soldier piles jet-set into the Yaquina Bay sand and tied back with a concrete deadman anchor.
Due to the Port initiating a program to identify the feasibility of extending its useful life, PBS was responsible for the visual assessment of the structure and development of preliminary rehabilitation schemes and cost estimates.
