The City of Walla Walla retained PBS to gather public input on the potential removal and replacement of several aging bridges over Mill Creek. The PBS Public Involvement team created a multilingual virtual open house with accessibility features including voiceover narration, transcription, and design for low-visibility viewers, and crafted English and Spanish surveys in both print and electronic formats.
