For more than two decades, PBS has provided Medford School District with environmental services in conjunction with the District’s bond measures. Hazardous material site evaluations included sampling and quantifying asbestos-containing building materials, lead-containing paint, and PCB and mercury-containing fixtures. Our team also provided abatement and bid documentation, as well as construction-phase support.
Over the years, PBS has also assisted the Medford School District with wetland delineation and mitigation work for proposed school sites, indoor air quality testing, underground fuel tank decommissioning, geotechnical investigations, groundwater investigations, and permitting.
