The Lewis and Clark Ranch Transportation Master Plan (TMP) will be a guiding document that sets a long-term vision for the multimodal transportation network in a designated area of West Richland. The property encompasses nearly 7,700 acres in the northwest portion of the city.

The TMP will address growth projections, review best practices, and consider emerging trends to identify travel needs in the future. In addition, the TMP will identify a series of actions and projects that will provide mobility solutions that facilitate access within the planning area and enhance connectivity to the region.
