Traffic conditions on residential streets can affect neighborhood livability. This project will address neighborhood traffic safety concerns while partnering with citizens to become actively involved in the improvement process.

The Neighborhood Traffic Management Program (NTMP) process framework identifies the steps by which staff and community members interact and participate in the NTMP. The process framework consists of four key elements that focus on specific tasks and conclude with the implementation of each traffic management strategy.
