PBS provided diverse services for this fish passage, bridge replacement, and stream corridor improvement project. Work include project management, land surveying, alternatives analysis, environmental permitting, overall engineering design, and public involvement services.
The project removes two fish passage barriers and replaces an undersized culvert beneath 4th Street with a 120-foot long precast concrete girder bridge. The project utilizes some federal funds, and the environmental permitting is being completed in compliance with all federal requirements.

“Moving our community engagement online during the pandemic afforded us the unique opportunity to engage the public with new interactive tools and feedback options.”
