Mark Leece

Mark started with PBS as a principal environmental engineer in 2013, bringing with him a history in project management of large-scale environmental work in the industrial sector. Since joining PBS, Mark has been a leader in the significant growth of PBS’ Engineering department, which has expanded from 25 employees in 2014 to more than 90 in 2020. Since being elected to the Board of Directors in 2016 and elevated to COO in 2021, Mark has embraced PBS’ consensus leadership model, championing a people-first culture that values safety, appreciation, and understanding.
