The Vancouver Business Journal (VBJ) released its 2016 rankings of top engineering firms in the Clark County area. Taking the 2nd and 3rd slots were HDJ – A Division of PBS and PBS Engineering and Environmental Inc.

In April, the firms announced an acquisition deal that would combine their resources, equipping them to provide a wider range of environmental, engineering, surveying and planning services under one roof.
